"L’exception" is located at the end of a quiet road in a cul-de-sac, on the shores of a spectacular undeveloped lake. It is at the center of a 75 acre property laced by a network of private trails. From the balcony, located close to 50 feet from the ground - imagine the views! - no other property is visible. Motor boats are forbidden on the pristine lake and water is drinkable. The cottage allows for direct access to the lake, located less than 75 feet away.

2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Ideal for 4 to 6 people.
Location
The cottage is 7 minutes away from all services and facilities, and only 15 minutes from Mont-Tremblant’s south face. It is a mere hour and a half away from Montreal and two hours from Ottawa.

The cottage has 3 floors. On the top floor, one finds a large semi-open studio area, including the kitchen and the living room with a fireplace. Windows cover the entire width of the top floor, both back and front. From this room, one can access a balcony as wide as the cottage itself. A table, chairs and a BBQ make the balcony a great place for outdoor meals. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove, a refrigerator and a microwave oven.
The lower level contains 2 rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second room has a single bed. The top floor is large enough to accommodate two more people. A bathroom, with a large shower, and a laundry room can be found on the middle floor.
We also provide :
A dishwasher, a television and DVD player, a radio with a CD player, firewood in winter and a row boat.
Local activities
Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, tube sliding, spa, golf, cycling paths, hiking, swimming, fishing (grey trout), horseback riding, mountain biking, rollerblading, rock and ice climbing or simply just relaxing.
